We Work With
HAVE A WARRANTY/SERVICE CALL
You should always have the model and serial number!
- Refrigeration – top left side inside of unit.
- Serving lines – Usually on the servers side near the control panel.
- Combi ovens – on the side of the unit.
- Mobile cabinets – usually on the bottom of the back of the unit near the cord.
Installation
Let Stacey and her team handle everything for you from beginning to end. Stacey has great working relationships with Install companies all over the state of KY.
Warranty Information
All new equipment will come with some sort of warranty. 1 – 4 years is the standard but additional years are usually available at time of purchase. Always ask your Sales Rep and try to make sure that Labor is included. Each Unit will have a Model and Serial #, usually on a Data Plate.

Training
Training is always available. The best resources can be found via the internet through the Manufacturers website or Youtube. There are so many videos out there. If you want to do an in-service, in person training is always available. Just call Stacey and she will help you make all of the arrangements either through the Manufacturers Rep or a training specialist.
